1. Apart from the manual loading of waste, the incinerator should be automatic and easy to use。
2.The incinerators shall be able to be operated with Diesel fuel 。
3.Minimum burn Rate : 30 kg/hr 。
4.Have a Temperature indication and control centre for each chamber。
5.Have a Fuel tank with 80L capacity .
6.Have a chimney stack of 4 meters。
7.≥ 850ºC with no cold spots for the primary combustion chamber temperature , ≥ 1100ºC for the secondary combustion chamber temperature .
8.The incinerator units shall include a temperature based electronic combustion control system that utilizes temperature and other data to inform automated or programmed cycling through the standard burn cycle: pre-heat, burn with waste addition, burn completion, cool-down. The system shall be capable of varying auxiliary fuel and air supply in both combustion chambers to achieve optimum combustion conditions .
9.The medical waste incinerator shall include control equipment and instruments, controls for burners and fans, time clocks, relays, operating switches, indicator lights, gauges, motor starters, fuses, alarms, and circuit elements of the control system, and other controls and instruments necessary for operation of the incinerator. .
